Hello everyone ^_^Currently is having a contest for Halibel at the beach so I decided to draw her at the beach this variant is showing her with her being wet after she had been surfing for the past few hours.
This is my first trying to have some one wet so please let me know how that came out.

Nice pic though my only complaint(thankfully small one) is that you made the markings on her face the wrong color(they should be blue or purple not red).
