Hello everyone ^_^Currently is having a contest for Halibel at the beach so I decided to draw her at the beach this variant is showing her with her being wet after she had been surfing for the past few hours.
This is my first trying to have some one wet so please let me know how that came out.

Very nice work! I personally think she'd look better without the lipstick (anime/manga girls always look better all natural to me), but otherwise the rest of her looks gorgeous
