yes surprisingly she move very quickly her costume distract her enemies which leave them open to her first attack which in most cases end to be her last attack on them. The costume is more part of her it leave a stream of black flames when she fly toward her enemies ^_^

She dresses in a sleeveless Division Three captain's haori - standard colors of course. It hangs long on her, about to her ankles. The only extra item she wears is a blood-red silk scarf with [IMG][link] stitched in silver on one end. That is her family crest. Other than that, I'm pretty open to what you do to her uniform and the pose. Her name is Sanbi Bakeneko (real name is Hoshi Hi-Badguy; married to Sol Badguy lol).
Let me know if you need more details and what you want in return for your art. I'm willing to haggle.
