very simple you see you get this book with blank paper and draw her one time then turn the page and draw her again. Now this is the important part you turn the page one more time and you draw her again XD
just keep drawing what you like to draw over and over again if you need to look at examples so that you can draw it like you see it till you have it where you like it.

Just wondering, don't the Arrancar have
white outfits (as opposed to the black of the Shinigami)?
