Cephea (セフィア Sefia) is a blue-skinned humanoid alien with a great taste of music. She is very talented with dancing and a smart tactician. Though the Convoyagers offered her to join the team, thought that she can handle the situation by herself, she actually has a lonely side.

Background
After sending out of her planet with the ship, she crash-landed at Earth where she met Dr. Arke and Todaro to fix up her ship before the Incurster spreads. With a new improvement of her ship, now known as Nisshock Seikan, she felt a strange power along with a ship, not from a planet but from both the sun and the moon.

History
Another event, before the Incurster invasion, Cephea's planet was invaded by the negative substances, transforming civilians into corrupted monsters. Until a shining moment, a hero in white appeared in front of her, playing powerful music with his keytar-like weapon and cleansed every corrupted monsters from this planet. Furthermore, she is idolized by his play style and leading to her interest in music.

Description
Inserting the Sun Seikan Bullet, she transforms into Sun Voyager; inserting the Moon Seikan Bullet, she transforms into Moon Voyager.

Mawaseikan Functions
Transformation: Insert the Seikan Bullet to the tonearm of the Mawaseikan and tilt it right to the disk. As the standby loop is playing, scratch the disk like a turntable and spin the disk one time, then finally press the button from the handle.

Finisher: Spin the disk rapidly and then press the button.

Summon: Hold the button from the handle and spin the disk one time.

Sun/Moon Convoy pilots the Nisshock Seikan, which can transform into Robot Mode called Nisshock Voyager (ニッショックボイジャー Nisshokku Boijā). Along with Seikan Voyager, they can combine into Shining Seikan Voyager. Along with Jovian Voyager, they can combine into Shining Jovian Voyager.
