Character Info
Karasuma Muro (虫郎 烏丸 Murō Karasuma) is the true identity of Tomb Plague (トゥーム プレイグ Tōmu Pureigu) and the former Faust member. He hails for Hokuto, taking up a facepaint as his signature look, becoming Kamen Rider Plague (仮面ライダープレイグ Kamen Raidā Pureigu). During his free time, he suddenly start dressing up as a rockstar when joining Team Link.

Powers & Abilities
Tomb Plague is a speed-type fighter. He can summon and control scarabs to possesses machines or people. He increases more strength from an electrical attacks.
Elek Steam: Tomb Plague shoot electricity at the enemy.
Ice Steam: Tomb Plague perform a series of ice slashes at the enemy causing them to freeze.
Devil Steam: Tomb Plague emits a Nebula Gas-compounded steam which can turn humans into Smash. In Rifle mode it fires a "stream" bullet which will home in on the targeted Smash and directly injects them with Nebula Gas when it hits them. The compound then causes the Smash to grow to gigantic proportions.
