Seizer (セイザー Seizā) is an inner demon born from Ryuji Hoshikawa . She shares the same traits as her host, like they are twins. Though she is laid-back and free-spirited, in contrast to Ryuji, she takes care for him like a sister.

Powers & Abilities
Devil Physiology: As a devil, Seizer possesses the following characteristics outside of her transformation:
- Imperceptibility: Vice cannot be perceived by anyone other than his host. A solution is to summon her through Ryuji's usage of a Vistamp, either on himself or through the Ryusei Driver. This can also be bypassed by possessing the Vistamp Bar, allowing Seizer to be seen and heard by others.
- Intangibility: Seizer is completely intangible and can pass through everything, including her host.
Energy Attack: Seizer can generate cyan energy execute an energy attack.
Inanimate Possession: Seizer can possess inanimate objects via Vistamp application on the said object.
Mind Accessibility: Seizer is able to literally enter the mind of someone else and explore their hidden thoughts and emotions, as long as she is within close proximity of them.

Etymology
- Seizer's name comes from the Japanese word for "constellation" (星座 seiza).
