Mammon Form is Akuryo 's form accessed from the Mammon Fuestle and granting him access to the Sinister Greed Shield Mammon Breaker. In this form, the Omnilens and Akuryo's entire chest/arms armor turn a shade of yellow called Mammon Gold which places Akuryo under the influence of Yoku.

Background
This form first fought Seaturtle Fangire, using his strong armor to defend like a shield and form himself a shell to spin like a top or to perform a cannonball.

- Pandorus Kivat: Akuryo's partner.
- Pandorus Belt: Transformation device that forms when Pandorus is activated.
- Fuestles: Whistle-like devices that activate a function, depending on the Fuestle.
- Mammon Fuestle: This Fuestle summon Yoku and allows Akuryo to perform his Avarus Money Break finisher.
Weapons
- Sinister Greed Shield Mammon Breaker: Akuryo's form-changing weapon that turns him into Mammon Form.

Powers & Abilities
This form is the slowest, but has a highest defense than his previous forms. He can generate coins to either forms a shield or scatters to attack the enemy.

Finisher
Akuryo inserts the Fuestle to the Pandorus Kivat to activate the finisher.
Greed Awoken!
Akuryo's finisher is called Avarus Money Break. When it is performed, day turns to night and the full moon appear behind Akuryo. He reveal his True Eye, in the chest, to blind the Fangire, weakens their glass skin. Akuryo then use his shield to create a large coins energy to squash his enemy.

Etymology
- Yoku's name comes from the Japanese word for "greed" (欲 yoku).
- Avarus is the Latin word for "greed".
