Sinister Form is Akuryo 's rarely seen form, accessed by the summoning of all five Arms Monsters using the Sinister Seven Fuestle. In this form, Akuryo's armor form with Beelzebub Arm, Leviathan Arm, Asmodeus Chest, Mammon Forearms, and Belphegor Legs & Wings.

- Pandorus Kivat: Akuryo's partner.
- Pandorus Belt: Transformation device that forms when Pandorus is activated.
- Fuestles: Whistle-like devices that activate a function, depending on the Fuestle.
- Amon Fuestle: This Fuestle allows Akuryo to perform his Trident Moon Strike finisher.
- Sinister Seven Fuestle: This Fuestle summon all five Monster Arms from the Sinister Seven.

Sinister Gluttony Katar Beelzebub Blade: Akuryo's form-changing weapon that turns him into Beelzebub Form.
- Sinister Envy Bow Leviathan Cross: Akuryo's form-changing weapon that turns him into Leviathan Form.
- Sinister Lust Guandao Asmodeus Spear: Akuryo's form-changing weapon that turns him into Asmodeus Form.
- Sinister Greed Shield Mammon Breaker: Akuryo's form-changing weapon that turns him into Mammon Form.
- Sinister Sloth Tonfa Belphegor Mist: Akuryo's form-changing weapon that turns him into Belphegor Form.
Powers & Abilities
Berserker Mode: Due to the limits of this form, it occasionally causes Akuryo's power to unleashes the inner demon uncontrollably.
Finisher
Akuryo inserts the Fuestle to the Pandorus Kivat to activate the finisher.
Wrath Awoken!
Akuryo's finisher is called Demonic Moon Strike. While Akuryo uses the power of the five demons, he jumped to the air and uses the Trident Punch to the enemy.

I hope to see his final form in action. Emperor form style. The colour better be violet to finish the rainbow.
Will his weapon be similar to the Zanvat sword? I would wish both Pride and Wrath forms possessed it.

Congratulations on the drawings. I really liked the idea. But what about the other two sins? Would it not fit to change the wings by a form "Lucifer" (sin of pride) and a tail of a form of "Satan" (sin of the wrath) (It's just a suggestion). I love this way of thinking in this Rider. Once again, my congratulations

akuryo's main form, amon is actually wrath, so it is there under the armor, and lucifer is his final form
