Yuuta Goto (後藤雄太 Goto Yūta) is the new Kamen Rider Cardinal (仮面ライダーカーディナル Kamen Raidā Kādinaru).

Background
Yuuta is once a criminal who stole artifacts, selling to the secret group for higher bitters. Until one day, he saw a vision through the belt, a figure with glowing blue eyes, but then an officer retrieved the belt from his hands and the group started pursuing. The monster interfered the chase, injuring most of his comrades and aiming toward the belt for breaking purposes. As Yuuta recieved the belt from an officer, he transformed into Kamen Rider Cardinal to fight against this monster. What would his next adventure awaits?

North Form is Cardinal's light blue default form. It is the most balanced out of all of his standard forms, and is thus his most used form.

Cardinal rushes towards his target to deliver double Rider Slashes, leaving his mark on his target, causing them to explode.

- "Zugol" is derived from the Gurongi number for 4 (ズゴゴ zugogo).
- Cawaco's name is derived from another Japanese word for "butterfly" (カワヒラコ kawahirako).
