Character Bio:
Not remembering anything about his past, Subject 18 woke restrained inside a giant test tube filled with liquid, surrounded by a group of monster scientists who seemed to be studying him. Confused and scared, he used his strength to break away and escape from the laboratory until he found a run-down cottage in the woods. As he finally managed to calm down from the shock, he saw a little creature entering the window, introducing himself as Phanvat the Great, a Kivat that was about to be dissected before flying away in the commotion of 18's escape. While not having too much information about him, Phanvat tells him what he knows: 18 is an artificial being, created by mixing the genetic material of various Demon Races to create the ultimate bio-weapon for the Legendorga. Renaming himself to Mitsuji Sasaoka, he uses Phanvat's power to transform into Kamen Rider Hades, tapping into his Wolfen and Human genes, to defend himself and others from the scientist's attempts to bring him back to the lab or kill him, desiring nothing more than a quiet life.

Powers and Abilities:
- Wolfen DNA: Gives Hades higher speed, reflexes, and agility compared to a human.
- Human DNA: Used as a stabilizer, allows him to use Phanvat to transform.

Form Description: Hades transforms into his main form by allowing Phanvat to bite his hand, instilling his Demon Imperial Powers into his body. Due to Mitsuji's lack of full knowledge about his body, this form's shoulders have the Catena chains to prevent him from harming himself. This form is versatile, being able to add a fire effect to the user's attacks.

Equipment:
- Phanvat Belt: Transformation belt.
- Phanvat the Great: Partner and Transformation Device.
- Fuestles: Trinkets. When used, they can force a species' dormant DNA in Mitsuji to manifest, with the risk of turning him into a berserker if he can't handle it.
