Amako Yaotome (八乙女 天子 Yaotome Amako) is an 18 years old high schooler who is a fan of Kamen Riders during her childhood. After recieving a Ziku Driver from Teut, she can transform into Kamen Rider Horai (仮面ライダーホーライ Kamen Raidā Hōrai).

Horai pressed the top button on the Ridewatch before pressing the top button on the driver and rotating it 360 degrees.
Finish Time! Time Spark!
Horai summons the Katakana for "kick", spinning around to form an energy sun. Then she jumped to the air and imprint on Horai's right foot as she kick the energy sun towards the enemy.
Horai inserts the Ridewatch to the Zikan Swolar to perform each finishers.
Finish Time! Horai! Kira Kira Slash!
Horai delivers a bright, energy slash.
Finish Time! Horai! Pika Pika Blast!
Horai fires a sun-like energy ball to explode an enemy.
Etymology
- Horai's rider name is derived from the Greek goddesses of seasons, Horae .
- "Hora" is the Greek word hóra, meaning "hour" and "time".
- "Swolar" is the portmanteau of "solar" and "sword".
