Ryoma Kawasaki (川崎竜馬 Kawasaki Ryoma) is Kamen Rider Kataki (仮面ライダーカタキ Kamen Raidā Kataki). He is Reiko 's older cousin and known as the "King of Serpents". Ryoma originally hates humans because of his past, but he only trusted Reiko and Sora.

Kataki's stats is most balanced on strength and speed. He can summon a hydra-like serpent to attack his enemy and to control other serpents.

- Fuestles: Whistle-like devices that activate a function, depending on the Fuestle.

Finisher
Wake Up!
Kataki's finisher is called Naga's Haieki. He inserts the Naga Fuestile to Serpirit. As he plays the song from the Futorment, the five-headed snake came out of the Catena Chains from the shoulders and back. The snakes are hypnotizing the Fangire as it came too close to it. While he continue to play the song, the Fangire is draining it's health, then one of the snake bites the Fangire, causing it to petrified into stained glass from the poison. With the single blow, Kataki finished it off with the Futorment cut straight to the Fangire.

- Kataki's name comes from the Japanese word for "revenge" (仇 kataki).
- Serpirit's name is the portmanteau of serpent and spirit.
