FlyingFirework Form is an cerulean and red Best Match form accessible with the Tobiuo and Hanabi Fullbottles, hence known as the Water Jet of Liberty (自由の水噴流 Jiyū no Mizu Funryū). It is themed after a flying fish and a firework.
