Rikuto Natsumi (夏美陸斗 Natsumi Rikuto) is a mad scientist that works with Dirus. When he received a Dire Driver from Dirus, he can transform into Kamen Rider Malware (仮面ライダーマルウェア Kamen Raidā Maruwea).

Description
Rikuto transforms into Kamen Rider Malware by inserting the Scarab and Computer Fullbottles into the Dire Driver and cranking the lever.

Computer Ability: The Computer Fullbottle grant Malware an electrical ability and summons binary code energy to disable the enemy's attacks. His Monitor Visor can detect his enemy's directions and delivers a beam attack.

Finishers
Malware cranks the lever to perform a finisher.

Malware summons and traps his enemies with binary code energy, then he ran towards them and turn himself into winged scarab energy, holding a Sun Disk to cut through like a buzzsaw.

Malware inserts the Fullbottle, along with the Rider Direbottle, to announced a "Formation" and perform a finisher.

- "Suzumebachi" (Wasp): Malware summons a Battering Wasp. While he charges it to 100%, he generated a green ball of lightning. He then hit the ball straight to the target and bounce back and forth before it strikes down like a lightning.
