Kiba Fudo (不動牙 Fudō Kiba) is Kamen Rider Ryoshi (仮面ライダー猟師 Kamen Raida Ryōshi, lit. Masked Rider Hunter), the 4th competitor of the Rider War and one of the main villains. Due to his tragic past, he is a cold-hearted person who's only here to kill and betray others like what he did to his gang.

Ryoshi's finisher is called Assault Prey, where Hunterror fire lasers to an enemy while Ryoshi fire bullets with the Hunt Visor, shooting them at mid-air. As an enemy falls, Ryoshi jump onto Hunterror's head, giving him a boost, and finish off with a hard slam with the Hunt Visor.
