Character Info
Kou Shirogane (白金 光 Shirogane Kō) is Tomoko's newest intern in Caelestis Library who is also Kamen Rider Scribe (仮面ライダースクライブ Kamen Raidā Sukuraibu). A ladies man who's introduced as Tomoko's bodyguard, and is usually at odds with Tenji. He doesn't seem to trust his teammates yet, but usually helps them out just for Tomoko's sake.

Scrollizer Functions
- Press the button from the Arcane Scroll to activate it.
- Insert the scroll to the golden handle on the right side of the belt, which will announce the name of the Arcane Scroll, following the standby loop.
- Say "Henshin!", then open the scroll and it announced, "Let's roll!".
- To de-transform, remove the scroll.

Scribe delivers a roundhouse kick, creating a scroll that flies into targets.
Scribe presses the button from the Arcane Scroll again to activate another finisher.
Trouveur Rolling Strike!
Scribe jumps into the air and the scroll appears at Scribe's visor, circling around him. While the scroll formed a ring and the text shows "Sciopero di Lealtà", Scribe delivers a powerful rider kick. Following the yellow energy as he passed through the ring and went towards the target.
Scribe inserts the Arcane Scroll to the Quillance to activate the finisher.

Etymology
- Scribe's rider name comes from the word scribe, a person who copies out documents, especially one employed to do this before printing was invented.
- Quillance is the portmanteau of "quill" and "lance".

Henshin Sequence: After inserting the scroll, the jingle... henshin! Pulls the scroll open. A knight's scroll is summoned behind Kou as it opens and swirls around him pulling him in. While inside, Kou is transformed into Scribe allowing him to leave the scroll and it vanishes.

I notice he doesn't have any extra forms. If he did, right now he has a knight's scroll, but what about a samurai/ninja scroll? Even the Dead Sea Scrolls too as final form?
