Ray (レイ Rei) is a Colonial Viper -based Tuneroid who is Upbeat's partner. He takes the form of a weapon - mainly a laser ray. Like Kotaro & UFO, Hideki & Ray share a bond as well. Along with Hideki, they can transform into Kamen Rider Upbeat (仮面ライダーアップビート Kamen Raidā Appubīto).
