This is at Otakon in Baltimore, Maryland. And yes. That is a full grown man. AND a full grown woman. In fact there were a lot of adults there dressed as characters. I've been around it so much that it's all normal to me. XD So yeah. I fail to see what's sad about it. I think it's just plain funny.

Everyone was calling that the 'Captain Pose' because Roy looked like he had a little Captain in him. I.E. That's the pose the guy takes on a bottle of Captain Morgon's... -__-
