one of my best sketches ever to date!it's a bit older than some of the other things here, I admit, but still my best... but it's not that old still 2005.
I forgot I never uploaded up onto Dev art yet... so here it is

The design is cool, especially the weapon (got a name for it other than "blade?"). Is that pad under the elbow an adhesive? It seems that the weight of the blade would not allow him to have his elbow rest against it. If there was a fasten, it would make sense, but *Shrug.* I got this weird twitch about making fantasy weapons more realistic to wield.
The horn and the weapons work well together in a sort of balance.
The designs on the blade was a nice touch.

Yeah, i'd like to see that weapon revamped. I'm having trouble grasping its design, but it looks cool.

heh, yea the pad is there for cushion pretty much. The sword is more ment for slashing horizontally, or peircing with a thrust.
Mechaler is part Fox, Dragon, Phoenix, and Unicorn. His design came from RPing on Furcadia from a friend named Sharn'horste. She asked me to play her son, and I agreed, how exactly Mecahler was to look was based up to me, and also the sword design came from back then too, though didn't quite look as cool.

Ah, I suspected. Maybe a rest on the sides of the elbow. I dunno. Sorry for "attacking" you design with such criticism X_x
It's cool when you make characters like that. A good way to start a character from scratch. However, I have trouble canonizing them X_x
