So...
We'll just turn the clock back a bit, and- as ahe approaches- suddenly in his paw appears a tin can with:
1/2 water
1/2 super-expresso, 3 caffeine tablets, and pure sugar.
Quickly he gulps it down as the "Popeye" theme plays.
Although jittery, he smiles up at her as, each time she (increasingly furious) tries to stamp on him, he easily darts aside at the last second.
