I need more people who can make sprites like these so i can work more on this project, if you're interested, contact meUp and Down to aim
Left and Right to walk
Space to crouch, double space to morhphball
X to jump, X twice to double Jump
S to shoot
Shift to suit for missile mode.
I hope you like it
PS.: May run slow cause its being executed on the browser... the .exe file runs really fast and yeah... im willing to release the game in the .exe mode when its finished

Pretty cool! I hope this project get's more attention.
Also I second some of the controls suggested in the previous comments. I initially tried using "Z" instead of "S" to shoot. It just feels better.
Also kudos to the animator. Some very nice sense of movement there.

Well, no designer anymore... project stopped, again -.- ... I hope someone will help me when i enter on the game development college.

Have you thought of using Stencyl to make it? I'm not too sure how useful it would be, but I've seen some interesting developments with that as a platform.

Wow, this is really freaken awesome. I wish I could help with the sprites, but alas I am not good at them D:
I do want to critique on it, if you don't mind:
I find the controls a little...weird. I think it would be easier if "Z" were for shooting instead of "S." Pressing Z and X just feels so much better than S and X. Pressing down for crouch and morphball, wouldn't be too bad either; Just my thoughts. ALSO, how come you aren't able to turn around while crouching? I just found that a bit odd. ONE last thing, it's a bit hard to aim straight once I have already aimed in other directions. I don't know if that is a real problem, but I just thought it would worthy of noting xP
Other than that stuff (which is not much), this look extremely promising. Just tweak a few things, and this game could take off

Thanks dude, your critics are welcome... i just didn't adjust the controls as you are asking because there will be future features like running that will use the Z key... and the D and C key for quicly 45 degree aiming and -45 degree aiming just like in the original games. I still have to make it able to turn while in crouch... and i cannot make it crouch in the down button beause its already doing something... which is controling the armcannon ... and why dont you give a try ? you could improve your skills... and that would be a great thing for the project

how about you aim with the mouse? samus will always aim to the point where the courser is and you shoot with the left mouse button since S is really unconfortable.
Just a suggestion °3° do wacha want cos a pirate is free

cause than the game woulb be too easy and it would not be able to play using joysticks using a keyboard emulator

Very cool! I like the fluid animation, especially the arm cannon switching between beam and missile modes. Keep it up!

Well, i do want to keep them, but im the programmer of this project, so... the graphics doesn't depend on me, so i need more spriters on the Team to keep this project untill it the end
