Wow...nearly two months without submitting any real art.Wow.
Well, opefully this makes up for it. This is what I've been working on most of the time. This is the layour for my lupe on neopets, Standaline. I've had the idea in my head for a while now, and I've finally put it on paper. Well, Adobe, actually.

The colors are just goregous, and I love the reflection of the lights in the water.

That really hits home for me, Tori - paper lanterns. I've always loved them, but they mean something to me in a moving way, so any picture with really wonderful paper lanterns makes me just want to sit and stare at it....0.0

World Market sells them. And I think...I think there's a store called Earthbound at the Collin Creek Mall where they sell them with all kinds of designs. I got mine there. :]

Oh, cool 8D I got this really cool curtain thing from World Market. And my sister said she would send me a sight with all sorts of patterns for those and whatnot.

Ooop - forgot to say this, too, 'cause it's pretty cool, so I thought I'd mention it: I get a lot of my character inspiration and stroy/plot inspiration from the world around me, like everybody does, but seriously - walking around inside a World Market just spikes my inspiration level...it's like I walk in and BOOM SKYROCKETPSSSSSSSH my creativity goes up. So, if Standaline likes paper lanterns, and you like paper lanterns, and you go to World Market, don't just look for paper lanterns - touch all the fabrics, play with the jewelry and feel all the pillows and play with those cool little toys they have from other countries. Maybe some kind of idea will hit you. :] It feels good when it does.
