Penguins of Madagascar - Marlene and Kowalski
Some explanation? I was thinking about a comic I will probably never do where the boys still like to dawn their super hero costumes from time to time and run around like a bunch of nerds. Marlene sees this and wants to join in...Skipper, like usual, is an ass and tells her she can't because *insert sexism*. This of course pisses her off, causing her to start doing her own thing.
These were some designs I came up with. First one more Zorro-like, the second one a bit more Scarlet Pumpernickel, and the last one--the wig one--more Eartha Kitt Catwoman.
In all honesty, i'm leaning towards the middle one because I really like the silhouette it leaves. She'd probably have some kind of name like Lady Shadow or Mystique.
Aaand then Throbbing Cerebellum...because I freaken love the Throbbing Cerebellum and I was in the resturant when I was sketching all of these.

The middle one definitely looks the best. But c'mon, Marlene, everyone knows girls can't be super heroes; they're too busy needing to be saved by the MANLY heroes.
And do I even have to say that the Throbbing Cerebellum looks great? Do I? I'm fangirling over here.

You do. But only because I like hearing it and because everybody needs to say "Throbbing Cerebellum". Seriously, say it out loud. It's sad how much fun it is. I was talking with Court and Darrius about the episode yesterday...and I somehow manage to slip in getting to say it like eight times. Woo hoo!
