Penguins of Madagascar - Roger and Pinky
If you can't tell from the fanfiction my woman and I have written together...I ship Rinky (Roger/Pinky). I prefer shipping it where we don't actually know Pinky's gender--nor does Roger, for that matter-- but you guys can choose your own gender preferences.Β
That said...The joke here is that Pinky is a flamingo DANCING the flamingo.Β

In English their gender was never brought up. Neither by the character or the others. People try to argue about it, though. Which I find pretty funny, because it doesn't really matter to be either way. XD
But thank you! Roger was a little tricky to pull off, but I eventually got him!

It's FUN coming up with side pairings nobody ever saw coming! It let's you go "BAM!- new fav." That, and it's just nice to actually have a use for the characters. I always liked Roger, but never really saw much of him in fan related things. As for Pinky...it probably came up because Moonie originally REALLY disliked the character. But as we got to explore them, give Pinky more defining character traits, Moonie's been coming around to the character. XD I just like sassy divas, and those are the vibes that Pinky always gave off to me. And I think that plays well against Roger's more gentle character. Β

I was going to have Roger not have any texture to him...But that just seemed wrong to me. In the show they specifically made his skin textured, and I thought it wouldn't hurt to give him a little something without him looking weird next to Pinky.Β
