That's what happened to me at an airshow this year. They announce the "World's most expensive aircraft" but I don't see it until all of a sudden I see a big black line coming in from the left. No sound at all.

Saw one of these once while spending summer break in Galveston Tx. The thing was like a black ghost. No clue what it was doing over Galveston though. Closest base I know of is here in Houston Tx but that's over an hours drive away. (And no clue why it would be south west of said base. There's nothing in that direction but Mexico and the Pacific ocean.)

I was in the Lockheed tent and just barely saw it come over the runway in time. Whenever I see one I just can't keep from thinking "If you can read this, you're F*cked."

My son is only 13 months old and loves it as well. I was at the store with him and they had a nice die-cast toy of it. He would not stop looking at it and picking it up. I went ahead and bought it for him. He plays with it every day.
It must be the shape that he fell in love with. All I know is he has my taste. Thank god!! hahaha!!
