I'm sorry, but despite you saying she's not Cream, I have to say otherwise. The ears are a dead giveaway, and she looks just like the way you draw Cream: naked. Unless this is actually an alternate universe Cream, I stand by my assumptions, and Super Squirrel (my Sally herosona) has X-Ray vision to confirm or deny it.
