Origin: Erica Piper is a college student in Lovelight City. Erica always idolized Venus Star and wished to be like her one day. During a battle between Venus Star and The Grey Giant, where the heroine was protecting a museum, which contained a mystical gem, called the “Gem of Neptune”. Erica was present at the time and was “chosen” by the artifact, which is turn gave her powers similar to Venus Star and also making her a Gem Warrior with the unique ability to manipulate water. The new heroine; Neptune Moon helped Venus Star defeat The Grey Giant. Believing that she would need new allies in the future Venus Star/Jasmine Williams accepted Neptune Moon/Erica Piper as her side-kick and friend, the two heroines fight crime together and search for other Gem Warriors.

Personality: Neptune Moon/Erica Piper is a rather shy and naïve girl who usually keeps to herself. Erica always idolized Venus Star and sometimes she would even start to annoy the heroine. She is even obsessed with Jasmine Williams and thinks of her as more than just a friend. It’s likely that Erica is sexually attracted to Jasmine, but wouldn’t admit it.

Weakness: despite her powers being similar to Venus Star, Neptune Moon is physically weaker and isn’t as confident of her powers. Like Venus Star, Neptune Moon can be knocked unconscious with enough force, can lose conscious with gases and can be put under mind control and hypnosis.
