Very nicely done lineart. Really like the crisp lines here, though the "rain" background kinda isn't too visible, and the characters don't really appear wet. Then again, drawing something as "wet" is REALLY HARD to do. I've tried...

Sagging cloths, smoothed hair, some drip marks and water effects. All sounds so easy and can be figured out in the head so quickly. Getting from a process in your head to real life though... it always seems to either loose something in translation, or just becomes so much harder than it seemed...
Good luck. Just keep at it and I'm sure it will all work out.
