These windows aren't made of glass, but are made of a substance that is very sweet to the taste, but of course no merperson would go around licking them except Nico, who is a little quirky. The red merboy is Nico's companion, Ruka, who is supposed to look after Nico, but absolutely hates him, though he usually hides it well.
This dream was set very deep under the water, an they all lived in these mushroom shaped rock houses, with lights made up of the fish you see swimming around here.
