You seem to have a fairly strong grasp of heads already so I can't really find to much wrong with it. That said, I have found one or two things that might just be your personal style. First, that line you have to the left of his Adam's Apple, that starts under the ear ( you don't have to show it starting there) and then travels down to connect with the collar bone. Second your neck feels a little long and maybe a touch skinny ( this last one I'm almost certain is your personal style, I'm just going off of realistic proportions). A quick measurement for the length of your neck is that the distance from the bottom of the nose to the top of the head (not the hair, the actual skull) is the same distance as from the bottom of the nose to the hollow in your neck. Next, the brow curves down into the bridge of the nose so you should have some heavy shadows sitting between his eyebrows. Lastly, you have a very sharp line of shadows along the cheeks. Its rare that cheekbones grow sharp enough to cast a shadow rather than gently curving into one. Even if you knows this, the sharp line of shadow contrasts the rest of the piece.
On a purely compositional level, I might add a hint of something cool, color wise, to contrast the general warm tones of the piece.
