Nebula is not too sure about your earth food...
Some people were wondering where Nebula aka the blue meanie was in the IronDad pic
and the answer is i dont think she really needs a "father figure" per say (think she's had enough of "father figures" after the absolute disaster that was Thanos) but what she could use is some friends who she doesn't have an awkward history with like her sister and the GOTG. So after becoming Best Space Friends Forever with Tony Stark in the beginning of Endgame, she gets a nice new friend group to hang with!
For those that need names: Nebula, Pepper, Rhodey, Tony, Bruce/Hulk and Happy.
On a side note i'm not too fond of Smart Hulk but i do like the idea of Science Bros and i wanted to somehow have both Bruce and Hulk in the pic at the same time. As for the rest of the Avengers i know its been years but i'm still salty about a) AOU b) Civil War and c) Endgame so im not including them as real IronFriends because with 'friends' like those...
