Here’s another character from another animated television series. This is the Commandant from “Sandokan”, the animated show from 1992 in which all the characters are anthropomorphic animals. This show is short-lived, but it has a lot of bondage scenes. This pic is based on one of those scenes. On the fourteenth episode, which is called “The Search For Dama”, he was bound and gagged as shown here, and he was made to walk the plank on a ship. After he walked the plank and fell into the ocean, he was never seen again for the rest of the series. The poor cat.
