It all started with me wanted to use the awesome Hair Tutorial and then I needed a face to go with the hair..then a neck..and shoulders...and make up. I just kept on adding and this came out. Great job for a first try!
A little tip would be to try and not make the base too blocky and then the other colors too stringy.

Oh yeah, Wacoms can get pretty expensive. I got my Intuos 4 as a gift because I cant afford it myself XD I really love it though (: As far as cheaper tablets go, I've heard Monoprice is good. I've never tried it, but I've heard good things.Β
