Description
Part two of a commission that was originally only supposed to have one part, hehe. *XullraeZauviir commissioned me back in July to do a birthday picture for her husband, ~EruditeBastich . I gave her two sketches to choose from and she liked them both, so she paid me to finish them both.
The commission was for a sort of Calvin Klein leather fetish type of thing using her husband’s character Vesz’aun. So I found a Calvin Klein ad for reference and tweaked the pose a bit and dressed him in some leathers. The strappy vest thing is inspired by a photo that Xull’rae sent me, and I have to admit I really really like the chest piece.
This pic is pretty much just eye candy I think, hehe. The first picture was chosen as the actual birthday piece and it can be viewed here, (Vesz’aun Auvryath ).

Wonderful as always hun, as if there was a doubt... and the dagger really makes the picture for me. (The breastplate is amazing but the dagger's the frosting on a very yummy drow cake.) This took me out of a very cranky mood...

The chest piece does look very cool. Its a nice little addition without it taking away from the smex appeal. I really like the look in his eyes that look so dreammmmmyyyyy. And him rolling the dagger over his stomach is cool. It looks friggen awesome. And out of the two, this pose makes it just a little bit over the other per my favorite of the two.
As a little side note, the runes on the dagger are cool. I dont suppose it's an enchantment of magical "Oops ... my pants button came undone

No, love is not the correct answer stupid...
And I already told you about the font! It's an Elven rune font, the same one I used on Exile's sword. (Yeah I know, it should be Drow but there are no good Drow fonts and my old Drow font stopped working when I updated to Photoshop 7.0 for some reason). Anyway, they have a more updated version of this font that looks better but I haven't bothered installing it yet. I believe the older runic version (and the newer script version) is based off one of TSR's Elven scripts from the FR tome. I dunno for sure though...and hell if I know about how this shit is translated! I just used the symbols for the corresponding letters to type out what I wanted to say. Sometimes the people who make these fonts arrange it so that each letter is accurate to what your typing on the keyboard, but sometimes you have to have a legend to follow. So who know if it's accurate or not, I just did it because it looked cool.

Nice work, dd. His eyes look so shiny, and I really like the almost dreamy look on his face. I think between the two this is my favorite, maybe because the pose is actually more relaxed than before. And yes--the strappy vest thing IS awesomeness. Great work!
