Ah, amazing use of light and shadow here. I really like how you've done the hatching, you don't see that much with digital work, looks fantastic. Keep it up and I'm sure you'll end up working at Marvel/DC.

beautiful, the lighting and shadows are at a perfect spot to give him really good depth. I really like how you used a sort of orange and brown for the fire's highlight, I don't often see that, most of what I've seen they go straight for red to the light on the skin and clothing. very nice piece, your works have really gotten better from what I last remember : D

I used various kind of brushes...just playing with it especially on the flames part till I got what I need it to be...I also used some smudge and blur..

WEll I just downloaded gimp. It's suppossed to be an alternate version to Photoshop except its free. Have you ever used it? All I wanna know is how you get your lines so perfect or I would color my art myself.

uhm..., so far, I've never used Gimp, but I heard lots of things about it...well, as I said there, I used 100% photoshop to 'colour' this artwork, before it was coloured I sketched it using Paint tool sai..so the artline wasn't done with PS...only the colouring process...I've never used PS to do the artline for my artwork because I haven't learn about the brush/pen flows and anything related to it, and but of course there are many possibilities with PS...for colouring, I guess I can manage it with PS...

My opinion is that you gotta learn to use different brush types and brush modes..those will give different effects to your colours...
