If it's alright, gonna make a story here based on what I see. Here it goes:
Cell was transported to the Pokemon dimension, during his time searching for 18, a flash had occurred, taking Cell to where he is now. As he was unable to find a way back, he grew furious that he couldn't locate 18. After the rage, Cell needed someone to try to obtain his perfection. If it came from 18 or not, he didn't care anymore. Than he saw the fishing girl (my waifu), Lana, wearing what appears to be her usual clothing, but her pants were turned to shorts, since the heat was unbearable. Cell noticed her, fishing for any while fish Pokemon. As she had no energy, Cell still decided to absorb the young girl. His tail opened from a stinger to a funnel shaped hole, as the tail made a loud noise when opened, Lana turned around, meeting the monster giving her the last bit of freedom she'll ever have. The conversation went as such:
Lana: What kind of Pokemon are you?! *Shaking as she had no escape minus the ocean, though frozen by fear, she hadn't thought about swimming away, like that'd even helped*
Cell: You may not be 18, but you'd have to do.
Lana: *Thought he was talking about her aged, she was even more terrified, and than was engulfed in his voracious tail* HIYAAAHH!!!
Cell: You can't escape! *Laughed as he raised her adorable sandaled feet off the rock she was standing on*
Lana: *Kicking her feet as she was absorbed to her breasts, her arms freed by her elbows, trying to pry herself free* NO! SOMEONE! HELP ME!
*After a few seconds of kicking, her shorts were dropping, revealing her swimsuit from below, causing her to blush as she was absorbed to her hips, her wrists now being useless to grab anything, and her sandals being kicked off, revealing her soft cute little feet, makinf her blush more, wanting to be free from the embarrassment of losing her shorts and sandals, making her vulnerable for anything* (Though keeping it friendly here)
