But the color scheme thing raised my eyebrow. What do you mean by that? You mean you're having trouble adapting the colors in her reference image to your style?

As you can see the gray flats will end up white as the legs. Any suggestion on colour scheme or you think it's cool like this?

Well, I think the big problem is removing the more "arrowish" shape from the colors on the torso. But thats just me.

Honestly, beyond that it looks like you're going in a good direction overall. Maybe use a darker shade of blue, and fill in those seems along the sides with some red glow, sorta like Tron-lines?

That's exactly my problem my design has more parts than your original design and it hard to find the suitable color for every part (cause the character it's kinda cyborg). Look I'll upload a WIP so you can give me your opinion
