Description Started out as a 2d concept when I was bored, so I decided to make it in 3d instead

Vray can make alot of models look good

All I did was model some extra bits in the scene.

Can you model yet?

Haven't had a computer that I could start on. I will be starting again this weekend hopefully when I get my new PC.

Look forward to new stuff

Still waiting on my system, (which should be (better f*ckin be) in today)...

then I will setup everything and take a look into everything.. You still doing 3ds? or are you using C4d?

What are the specs?

Still using 3ds, I haven't opened up c4d in a long time. I know where all the tools are in 3ds so im more used to its layout. Though material editing is easier with c4d and it handles high poly models alot better.

I will be using R13 C4d but I will take a look at 3Ds, i am used to C4D though so. As for rendering I am not sure what im going to use yet, might use Bunkspeed Shot!, or Maxwell again, VRay never wanted to work for me. I will be doing alot of modelling on free time before gaming lol

Nice system, overkill on the ram though

I quite like Vray but have never played with the others though. Vray just seems more popular.

I look forward to your modelling, hopefully will encourage me to do more of it as well

Thanks bb, I feel I am actually getting better with it, just need to work on the texturing side of things. If you knew the process involved in mapping, it would give you a headache.

I do 3D also, but i mainly use it to get great text effects for gaming logos etc , i tend to work with PS illustrator and 3D

Naw i just mess about with c4D , i don't have much time in my life for learning harder apps, I would love to fuck with 3Ds max, and a few others

but we should deffo chat anyways ... aussies got to stick together bro

C4D is a pretty cool program I still want to learn to model in. Texturing is alot easier than 3ds and it handles high poly models alot better. I just haven't learnt the modelling side of things and 3dsmax seems easier in that area.

Sounds like you just need to learn the modelling side of things too and your set

We are slowly growing in numbers
