Description
This is something that has been a good two years in the making; the ultimate Galaxy-Class U.S.S. Enterprise-D for Star Trek Armada II.It started out two years ago, when I first converted DJ Curtis' Galaxy-Class for my personal install in Armada II. It was and still is an incredibly beautiful model. I was just getting into texture work at the time, and I started on a small project to merge aspects of all three of DJ's Enterprise models.
That plan was scrapped over time, as I generally lost interest. Then a few months ago, I was able to successfully put DJ's textures on P81's model. The result was awesome, but I still wasn't satisfied.
A little while ago, made some bump maps for the model. He kindly passed them onto me, and I applied them to my model. It looked better than before, but there were still some things I didn't like.
So, I took some elements from other texture files, mainly edited P81's by , and applied them here. They worked FABULOUSLY, and so here is the final result.
