I never had a story to go along with the picture, but let's go with this; taking place a year or 2 after The Last Jedi..

Rose Tico, the Asian Resistance fighter from the last movie is getting increasingly bu what she percieves as Rey's flirting with Finn, even though she doesn't mean anything by it.

While on a mission back to Jakku to investigate another Star Destroyer to see if any equipment can be salvaged to be used against the First Order, Rey manages to get herself trapped in one of the Empire's insidious torture methods. Finding to her suprise that anytime she tries to use the force it sends electrical shocks through her body that seem to tickle, Rose decides to use this to her advantage, removing Rey's boots and slowly advancing towards her feet with a feather...
