Mainly about Zelda and Midna trying to find out how to become humans again while saving a new realm they enter with Link.

Early in the fanfic Link has the ability to become a wolf and human whenever he wants without Midna's assistance. He recieves a message from Zelda, telling him to meet her at the castle. Link goes there and sees Zelda as a wolf. He takes her into his home as his "sheepdog" while the mage at the castle tries to make an antidote for the spell that turned Zelda into a wolf. After the antidote is made, they try it, but it turns out to be a failure as Zelda still remains as a wolf. Link gets a message from Midna, telling him to meet her in the twilight realm and Link and Zelda go there, only to find out Midna never sent them the message. A villain then appears and fights the trio and turns Midna into a wolf during the fight, showing that he was the one who turned Zelda into a wolf. Link (luckily) had a picto box and took a picture of the page that the spell to turn others into wolves was on, complete with the antidote. Before they get to Hyrule Castle, they somehow end up in a new realm (Epona goes with them) and look around the place trying to find out what's going on. They enter a hotel and talk to the owner of it (who turns out to be a wolf too!) and he tells them that the new realm they're in is divided into 10 different territories based on their elemental powers: Thunder, Fire, Water, Earth, Spirit, Forest, Ice, Wind, Light, and Shadow. They also learn that the place (like Hyrule in Twilight Princess) is undertaken by the twilight and also learn of a strange fortress in the Shadow Territory and go there, but due to the fact that realm they're in is so huge, they have to go by train to reach the place. They manage to reach the fortress, but the train is destroyed in the process, the explore around the place and are captured by some sort of dragon/bird-like creature and are taken to the leader (who's a black horse). The leader orders the dragon/bird to get rid of the trio and it does so by throwing them, the fall for Link, Zelda, and Midna would've been fatal, but they survived thanks to a pond they landed in and wash up to the shore unconscious. Then a golden train engine with a wolf-head shaped decoration on the front comes up and stops next to the trio. Link, Zelda, and Midna wake up the next day and find themselves in a train shed. They look around the place after hearing a voice trying to find its source. Zelda asks where the voice was coming from and the voice tells Zelda to look behind herself and Zelda does so, only to see the golden train from earlier sitting there. Then the head moves and talks to the trio, which surprises them (Wolf Zelda gives off the biggest reaction as she reared up and tripped, falling on Wolf Link in the process) and the train (who's name is Starlight) tells the gang more about what's going on in the new realm and learn that the black horse they saw was actually Ganondorf's horse (who was spreading twilight and trying to eliminate Link, Zelda, and Midna to avenge Ganon's death). Then they set out around the realm to save it while trying to find ways to break the spell on Zelda and Midna.

Probably, except my fanfic takes place 2 years after the events of Twilight Princess, not Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask.
My fanfic shows some resemblances to the other Zelda games though.

By the way, in my fanfic, when Link and the others go to each territory, they have to find the sages for the temple (kinda like in OoT and WW)

By the way, when they first meet Frost, they're just hiking along the snowy mountain in the Ice Territory and encounter her along the way and Link temporarily mistakes her for an enemy.
When they first meet Thalassa, they enter a strange rock which turn out to be a "castle interior" known as Seahorse Cove and find out that the leader (who is also Thalassa) was seeking help for someone to rescue her daughter (who was captured by a fisherman) and Link, Zelda, and Midna go to rescue her. They succeed in rescuing the young seahorse and Thalassa joins the gang on their journey to the Water Temple.
I need help on how they could first meet the other sages though.

Also, the sages have special abilities like Fumus can swim in Lava and Cthonus is a fast digger.
I need help with ideas for the other sages' abilities though and they also need ways they can help combat enemies too.

1. When Zelda starts to fear that she and Link may be stuck as wolves forever, Link cheers her up and tells her the bright side in a life as a wolf, and if they do get stuck as wolves, at the very least, they will be happy together.
2. Link and Zelda stand and watch the starry night together when the full moon comes and they do a lovely howl melody together.
3. An alternate ending of the story, Link and Zelda do get stuck as wolves, but they now happily peaceful together in the woods as mates, and haves one or two pups together.
Also, I thought up a new character.
A male Twili that is like Midna, but a male wolf, and he resembles Link. In the end, he becomes Midna's king and they rule peacefully in the Twilight Realm while Link and Zelda rule together in Hyrule.

1. Link is free to turn from human to wolf at will in the fanfic. Zelda and Midna are the only ones who can't turn back into back into humans.

1. Not really. In the end, Zelda and Midna do become human again, but also gain the ability to become human to wolf again just like Link does. Link does choose to sacrifice his human form for Zelda when it's believed that all hope is lost. But he keeps his human form after they defeat the final boss.
3. Close. But not really.
There is a "scene" where one villain tuns Zelda back into a human for a moment in an attempt to make give him a trinket she stole earlier back to him. Seeing that all mainly cared about was becoming human again, Zelda decides to forget about as she noticed that saving the realm was more important and attempts to destroy the trinket. But the villain catches via magic before it hits the ground and he turns Zelda back into a wolf and pins her to the ground. But Zelda gains the upper paw by knocking the trinket out of his "hand" with her tail and smashes it on the ground with her paw and some evil spirits come up and take the villain to the underworld as he failed to accomplish the deal he made to them. After that, Zelda runs back to join Link again.

As you can tell, the part where Zelda destroys that trinket is similar to the scene where Tiana destroys talisman in Princess and the Frog if you saw that movie.

I always portrayed Wolf Zelda as a wolf with gold and white fur!
It's also easy to point her out as she still wears the crown when in wolf form.
Wolf Zelda also appears in my TLoZ fanfic and seems to be in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship with Wolf Link.

Oh, well that's obvious.
Luckily in the part of the fanfic where Dark Wolf Link pins Wolf Zelda and reveals his true form, Wolf Midna locates Wolf Zelda and teleports her via portal just in time before DWL could kill her. After being teleported, Wolf Zelda appears at Wolf Minda and Wolf Link's location, and she fails onto Wolf Link as result of appearing.
