Yeah once I started building I started changing things to make it easier, especially once I realized I was going to have to build the cabinets since I couldn't find any pre-made ones like I wanted. And I originally had the desk 10 ft wide, but since I went with plywood instead of granite (the price of granite was insane) I had to cut it down to 8ft wide to use 1 single piece.

Ugh, yes. That was the worst part. I was hoping to find pre-made cabinets but I couldn't find what I was looking for so I took a crash course in building them.

Yes I'm definitely glad it's over. I thought it would be a fun project, but man was I wrong. I was like actual work
