Can you shoot force lightning with gloves on? Hmmm, I can't recall anyone doing it, maybe Talon does in the comic book but I don't remember.I mean there has to be some reason Darth Vader never did it right? Or was it because his arms were mechanical and they need to be flesh and blood. But aside from all that, in my world, yes you can
I love the way this outfit turned out, it still needs a little refining, but it's good enough for posting I think.
Many thanks to virus-leach [link] for pushing me to finish this image. I've had it in storage for a long time now, and with the completion of the outfit, I thought it would look good for this one. You wouldn't believe how many unfinished works I have sitting on the hard drive.

Hm. Β Yeah, I think she's fine in generation 4 if she renders well enough, even if you have to do this with postwork. Β
If you were going to try to transfer a V4 character to G2F, I'd start with a simpler one and use MallenLane's tool. Β I hear some tweaking is still needed but that you (mostly) get the face shape and the UV is adjusted to be able to use accessories, clothes and textures straight away without conversions and whatnot. Β Or do you already have it?

I've tried that one, it's a strange tool and I'm not sure the point of it. What it does is give G2 the base shape of V4, but none of the morphs are the same or anything, so as you begin to tweak them, nothing looks the same. I thought this would be a good route for transferring Talon and some others too but it didn't work the same at all. It's possible I'm not using it right, and I did see a tutorial on how to transfer morphs from one to the other, but it involved having Daz, it doesn't work in poser. And I hate installing programs that I don't intend on using for more than just a few things, and rarely at that. Maybe I should try it again and see if I missed something.

Yeah, trying again probably wouldn't hurt. Β If that doesn't work out, in your particular case, I recommend that if you have any spare machines kicking around, install daz on that and leave it there for just this purpose and whatever else you might need for this 'out of the way' kind of stuff. Β That way you don't need to do the back and forth with your main work machine. Β Unless transferring morphs requires some kind of shader capability your junk machine won't have... Β
BTW I looked again at genitals for genesis 1, for female. I can see what you meant about none of them being real good for genesis 1. Β
Is it all the different RawArt monsters for G2M that you're contemplating transferring Talon over from V4 to G2F? 'Cuz for G2 the genitals for both appear to be a least decent for both sexes.

Darth Vader never used lightning because Ana'Kin was the firemaster of the Jedi order - and the only wielder of it known at the time excluding the witches of Dathomir. His powers were the only ones to ever come close to rivaling the hydromancy of master Yoda (who for example froze a storm and crushed a cloning facility with it) - and unlike the witches who birthed him, Ana'Kin was able to channel a 'passionate rage' into physical manifestation without spoken word spells.
Unlike The Emperor however, who poured his malice, cruelty, and hatred into the craft - to produce lightning, after Ana'Kin killed his wife, and nearly himself in a fit of uncontrolled rage, he never even so much as used two hands on his lightsaber ever again.
So anyway the rub happened, when during a duel - an exhausted Yoda revealed the secret of his seemingly infinite wisdom when he used the 'forbidden' art of regeneration, and not long later during the purge when Ana'Kin (Now Vader) began to realize himself as 'The One' he gleaned several waterbending talents from Yoda's mind - prompting Yoda to then hide himself somewhere highly force chaotic - so that a now psychotic Vader would be trapped in his crippled form, and unable to regenerate.
P.s.
Jedi Master Plagueis could control DECAY - or DETERIORATION - I.e. he could STOP people from dying.
Jedi Master Yoda could manipulate the water that makes up the majority of biological beings and actually repair or GIVE life.

you can surely do it with gloves, i mean, revan could do it wth all his armour and nihilus could do it without a body *shrugs*

You're right, Darth Vader can't do that because of his mechanical arms, but he could (with gloves) when attacking the Jedi Temple, before the duel against Obi-Wan on Mustafar...
