Kalee was just wanting to get warm while waiting in the padded room. She really didn’t belong there they just didn’t have any beds in the psyche ward at the prison right now. They just wanted to evaluate her since she had been so high on drugs when they first caught her.
The problem was they couldn’t offer her a sheet at the time since she couldn’t be under it until it was lights out in the prison. Their solution was a padded suit that usually served as a way to protect the wearer from harming themselves without totally restricting their movements. It would also keep the wearer warm. She agreed since it wasn’t the worst way she had been restrained since she had been caught.
