this took probably over about 10 hours, but is also probably the best thing I've ever drawn evarrr. i cut out the letters and put them on a piece of tape, taped it to the back of the page and colored over it with colored pencils for the logo. The spider-man logo was the most challenging.. and still doesn't look extremely accurate according to the picture i looked at. but i still really love it. i hope they will too ^_^pencil and prismacolor

about 15 or more years.. I drew this in 2010. I drew as a kid, too, but I actually started taking it more seriously at the age of 9-10. I have a degree in animation now XD

Very well done! I like the shadings and how realistic it looks.
Only thing that you could think about until the next is to make the eyes a little bit smaller, the position of Rhetts face looks a little bit of though. But this is still a very nice piece of art, great work!

ha! it's kinda my default to make eyes big, I just realized I made them too big in this just this morning! I started off drawing anime, so that's prolly why.
Rhett's head is terrible, and I know it... It took me three tries to get it like it is, and once I did it the 3rd time, I'd stained the paper with darker pencils, so I couldn't fix it again without ruining the shading

I used to do the same misstake (big eyes) I also started with manga/anime.
Just focus more on how big you make the eyes until the next time. Keep up the good work!

That's where I started! I started drawing realistic people from photos, mostly portraits. Like the ones I did of Frodo and Aragorn, they were from a calendar photo.
(I fixed the picture so it's less.. dark and orange..

portraits are particularly tough IRL because some people don't know how to sit still..
