I made something like this before; aimed for a Korean style kimchi tofu soup/stew. This time I tried to tweak my soup flavor level and I added some rice + eggs. I at least would still eat it. Made with tofu, ground beef, kimchi cabbage, rice, and now eggs boiled in the soup (chicken broth).More of my cooking here .
