This really has some old, creepy circus feeling. But he is also very warlock-like. The chaos and flames... I like it very much. ^^

Wonderful!  This looks really great!  Especially the fire effects (of course!) but I think I like the expression the most, that's very well done!!  Gives a Disney or Anime-esque villain vibe, I think it's the glowing eyes.    Also, I just noticed that if you look at it a certain way, his robes form an interesting face too or a bestial face of some kind!  Really cool!
