This guy doesn't really have a catchy code name, he's just simply Tony Tyler: The Time-Traveler and the concept behind him that he's kind of like an energy vampire that feeds off of chrono-energy rather than living things, but he has to perform good deeds in the places he goes before he can go to a new time and place a la "Quantum Leap" to get more energy.Related content
