This is a simple desktop wallpaper designed to look like the computers from Deus Ex: Human Revolution. It's 1080p and the download contains a version with the clouds and one without.

I'm also trying to make this into a simple animated Windows dreamscene, where the layer of clouds slowly scrolls up the screen, but I'm having trouble converting my video to the right format. So if anyone has any advice on free software to convert avi to mpg which will give me enough control to make sure the file isn't too big, I'd appreciate it. I've been using Avidemux, but it keeps speeding up the framerate and messing with the colors. It also flips the image upside down for some reason.
